Does submitting a request cost anything?+

Submitting the request does not charge you or commit you to buying. Our team reviews the brief and presents an offer if a suitable candidate is found.

How are sourcing fees and delivery costs shown?+

Your offer includes the sourcing fee and the relevant shipping, insurance and other costs used to calculate the quoted total. Review that specific quote before approving. The examples on this page are illustrative and do not set commercial pricing.

Can you guarantee a card or a lower price?+

No. Sourcing depends on availability, the requested grade and your budget. Comparable sales help assess a candidate, but a lower price or a successful purchase cannot be guaranteed.

How long does the process take?+

Timing depends on the card, seller, inspection and delivery route. Our team will share updates for your request. An offer’s expiry time is the deadline for your decision, not a delivery estimate.

What happens if a card sells or fails inspection?+

Listings can sell before the purchase is confirmed. Inspection issues are recorded for review. Mint Mission will explain the situation and discuss the appropriate next step with you.

Do I need a new account?+

Use your Mint Mission customer account email to sign in through Shopify. There is no separate sourcing password. Inside the hub, use My requests, New request and Profile to find what you need.
