ABOUT MINT MISSION
Mint Mission is built around one idea: make collecting feel premium from the first click to the moment an order lands in your hands. We focus on trading card products, collector-first presentation and a buying experience designed for people who care about condition, authenticity and the chase.
Collect. Invest. Complete. That is the mission: find the products you want, protect the collection you are building and make every drop feel worth showing up for.
Premium TCG · Collector packed · Genuine products · Worldwide community
SHIPPING
Orders are packed with collector-first protection and dispatched as quickly as possible. Our typical dispatch target is 1–3 business days, excluding pre-orders, public holidays and unusually high-volume launches.
Australia
Free domestic shipping applies once your eligible order reaches $500.00. Available shipping services and final rates are shown at checkout.
International
International shipping is available to supported destinations. Duties, taxes and import charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship when the stock reaches us and is ready for fulfilment. If an order combines in-stock and pre-order products, the order may be held until all items are ready unless separate shipping is arranged.
RETURNS
Mint Mission does not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on any product, sealed or otherwise. Trading card and collectible products are sensitive to condition, authenticity and tampering concerns, so once an order has shipped we are unable to accept a return simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item by mistake, or found a better price elsewhere. We ask that you check your order carefully — set names, language (English/Japanese), product format and quantity — before completing checkout.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights cannot be excluded and continue to apply in full, as set out below.
What is covered
You are covered if your order:
- Arrived damaged in transit (crushed box, punctured mailer, visible shipping damage)
- Is faulty through no fault of your own
- Is the wrong item (we sent something other than what you ordered)
- Is materially not as described on the product listing
- Arrived with the factory seal already broken or tampered with prior to delivery
How to lodge a claim
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear, unedited photos (or a short video) of: the outer shipping box/mailer, all sides of the product, and the specific fault or damage
Claims lodged after this window, or without enough evidence to assess the issue, may not be able to be actioned — so please check your order as soon as it arrives and get in touch quickly if something's wrong.
What happens next
We review the evidence you provide, generally within 1–3 business days. Depending on the issue and what's required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Where a claim is approved, we cover the cost of return shipping (if the item needs to be sent back) and any replacement or refund shipping.
We don't ask you to destroy or dispose of a product before a claim is assessed — please hold onto the item and its packaging until we've confirmed next steps with you.
Why no change-of-mind returns
Sealed trading card products can't be authenticated as "unopened and untouched" once they leave our facility the way a typical retail product can — so accepting change-of-mind returns on sealed collectibles creates a real risk of resealed, swapped or tampered product re-entering stock. This is a standard and widely accepted practice across the TCG retail industry, and it protects every collector buying from us, including you.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued for claims that qualify under the Returns section above — that is, items that are damaged in transit, faulty, incorrect, not as described, or arrived with a broken seal. We do not process refunds for change of mind.
How refunds work
Where a refund is the agreed remedy, it is returned to your original payment method. Processing time after we approve a refund is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider — this final step is outside our control once initiated.
If only part of your order is affected (for example, one item in a multi-item order arrived damaged), the refund or replacement applies to the affected item(s) only, not the full order, unless the issue affects the order as a whole.
Order cancellations before dispatch
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can generally accommodate changes before an order has entered packing, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.
Sealed and randomized products
Because sealed and randomized TCG products cannot be returned for change of mind, opening or altering the factory seal is not itself grounds for a refund — a refund applies only where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-orders reserve stock before release. Product release dates are estimates and may move because of publisher, distributor, freight or allocation changes outside our control.
Payment is taken according to the checkout method offered at the time of order. An order containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items are available. If you need separate fulfilment, contact us before dispatch.
Allocation-sensitive releases may be subject to supplier cuts. If we cannot fulfil a confirmed quantity, affected units will be refunded. We do not substitute products without your approval.
Cancellation requests are reviewed before fulfilment. Once an order has entered packing or dispatch, it may no longer be cancellable.
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Mint Mission is built for collectors, so authenticity is non-negotiable. We sell genuine products and source inventory through trusted commercial channels and established suppliers.
Products are inspected for obvious inconsistencies before fulfilment. Sealed products are sold as sealed collectibles; unless explicitly stated, we do not guarantee pull rates, card grades, case mapping or the contents of randomized products beyond the manufacturer’s published product configuration.
100% GENUINE PRODUCTS.
Collector confidence comes first.
